Job Description
Red Point is seeking a skilled Accountant with expertise in real estate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of real estate accounting principles, along with proficiency in financial analysis and reporting. Key responsibilities include managing property acquisitions and dispositions, maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and conducting performance analyses.
Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
