Job Description
About the role:
Truck It In is seeking a Live Ops Associate to provide real-time operational support, coordinate our rider fleet, and generate daily reports. Strong operational skills, quick problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Excel are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live dashboards for seamless order flow.
- Coordinate with riders and customers.
- Manage rider fleet availability and shifts.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
