Job Description
Join Madina Glass Manufacturing Industries PVT LTD as an HR & Admin Executive. Your main tasks will involve maintaining personnel records, updating databases, creating company policy guidelines, managing payroll, and scheduling interviews. Additionally, you will prepare HR reports, develop training materials, and assist with employee inquiries about benefits.
Requirements:
- Experience in an HR & Admin role
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Basic understanding of labor laws
- Proficient in spreadsheets
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
