Job Description

We are The-Hiring, seeking a dependable and customer-oriented Ticketing Officer to join our bus terminal team. In this role, you will manage bookings, issue tickets, and assist passengers with travel inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle ticket bookings, cancellations, and rebookings.
• Provide accurate information on schedules and fares.
• Process payments and maintain transaction records.
• Address passenger inquiries professionally.

Requirements: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
