Job Description
Join Eastgate Industries Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Front Office Manager! We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to greet VIP guests, assist with check-in/check-out processes, and oversee lobby cleanliness. You will manage guest relations and complaints, coordinating with various departments to ensure exceptional service.
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in hotel management or a related field, with at least 3 years of front office experience, including 2 years as a duty manager. Familiarity with hotel management software and strong public relations skills are essential. Location: Lahore (in-person required).
