Job Description
Fathom Technologies Private Limited is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and contribute to a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and interview scheduling.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records.
- Assist in payroll preparation.
- Address employee HR queries.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of HR experience (fresh graduates encouraged).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Positive team player.
