Job Description
We are SMA Engineering & Services, seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a DAE in Civil Engineering and 5–8 years of experience in building construction, preferably on government projects from the contractor’s perspective.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing detailed cost estimates and BOQs.
- Submitting Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs).
- Creating Variation Orders (VOs) and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Conducting quantity verification and site measurements.
- Coordinating with site and technical teams.
Required skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
