Job Description
Become part of Mclean Intelligent Workforce as an Inside Sales Manager! Lead, mentor, and motivate our inside sales team while strategizing to meet company goals. Monitor sales performance, optimize scripts, and analyze data for growth. Collaborate with marketing and ensure effective CRM usage.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business and at least 4 years of inside sales experience, including 2 in leadership. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential.
