Job Description
Join the Hashmanis Group of Hospitals as a Senior Manager Operations. We are seeking a qualified professional with a Master’s Degree in Health Care Management, Business Administration, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of experience in hospital operations.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily hospital operations, managing vendor relationships, procurement, budgeting, and crisis management. Strong skills in data-driven decision-making and strategic planning are essential.
This full-time position requires in-person work at our Saddar location, with hours from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
