Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from entry to exit.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Utilize recruitment and attendance software.
• Maintain comprehensive employee records.
• Draft essential HR documentation.
• Engage with stakeholders and team members.
• Implement HR policies and initiatives.
• Organize activities to foster employee engagement.
