Job Description
Smart Resources SMC-Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated CRM Manager to join our team in Bahria Town Phase 4. This full-time position offers a salary of Rs75,00.00 per month. The successful candidate will manage customer data, segmentation, lead management, and generate reports on customer interactions and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Analyze customer data for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
- Create advanced Excel spreadsheets using formulas and pivot tables.
- Ensure data consistency across databases and spreadsheets.
Office Timing: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. This position is open to female candidates only.
