Job Description
Job Summary: The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing monitoring and evaluation systems to track program performance, progress, and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement M&E systems.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources.
- Conduct monitoring visits and evaluations.
- Produce high-quality reports.
- Provide technical support on M&E issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement.
- Manage M&E budgets.
Requirements: Master’s degree in a relevant field and 2-3 years of experience in M&E.
