Job Description
SKIN XPERTS is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, intermediate or graduate education, and fluency in Urdu, as well as mid-level English.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer queries via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
- Clearing all messages and resolving customer concerns.
- Confirming orders and updating customers on their status.
- Generating sales and promoting products.
- Providing excellent customer service.
