Job Description
HRMD Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Billing Phone Support Agent to assist patients with their billing inquiries. Engage with patients via phone to clarify their financial responsibilities related to healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls about healthcare billing issues.
- Provide accurate information regarding insurance and payment options.
- Help patients understand their bills.
- Resolve billing issues or escalate when necessary.
- Maintain professionalism and patient confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Experience in healthcare billing or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
