Job Description
Voltic Inc is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to help our clients achieve their goals through our cold-calling services. In this role, you will manage client relationships, monitor campaign performance, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients.
- Onboard new clients and assist with setup.
- Track performance metrics (calls, appointments, conversions).
