Job Description
IBSTEC is searching for an experienced RCM Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. This position requires a skilled professional who can independently oversee the full Revenue Cycle Management process and confidently engage in virtual discussions with providers to resolve technical inquiries and improve financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the RCM process from patient registration to payment posting.
- Analyze claim denials and underpayments.
- Conduct virtual meetings to review performance.
- Ensure compliance with payer policies.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of RCM experience.
- Strong communication skills.
Work hours: 6am to 3pm (Mon-Fri), Location: Zafar Ali Road, Gulberg V, Lahore.
