Job Description
Rising Tech Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you will provide exceptional support to clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Maintain records in our CRM system.
- Process orders and exchanges per procedures.
- Upsell or cross-sell when appropriate.
- Ensure quality support and follow-up.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; excellent communication; problem-solving skills.
