MarifahInn, a U.S.-based hotel chain, is seeking a reliable and organized HR Assistant Manager to support our HR operations. In this role, you will assist the HR Manager with recruitment, employee coordination, and documentation processes to ensure smooth HR workflows.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintaining HR records and attendance tracking.
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinating training programs.
