Position Summary:
The Maintenance Engineer will support Maintenance and Improvement (M&I) activities, ensuring all initiatives align with business goals while prioritizing safety for people, products, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in capital projects, deliver training for operators, maintain safety standards, manage change effectively, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications:
Strong supervision skills, experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams are essential for success in this role.
