Job Description
Ericsson is looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated Support Engineer to enhance our team. In this critical position, you will provide data-driven solutions to customer-reported issues while adhering to established processes and Service Level Agreements. Your responsibilities will include identifying, isolating, and resolving faults, contributing to network stability, and handling increasingly complex operational and technical challenges for specific customers.
Your tasks will involve leading investigations to resolve customer issues, participating in on-site activities, and managing significant operational problems. You’ll also serve as a primary contact for Security Reviews and share your expertise in security matters.
