Experience Required: 6 months to 2 years
H3 Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a QA & Technical Lead. This position involves testing software products and providing exceptional technical support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and automated testing
- Report and track bugs
- Assist clients via chat, email, or call
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in QA or tech support
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Shopify or WordPress experience is a plus
