Job Description
The Assistant Manager – Credit Recovery at The-Hiring is responsible for managing overdue accounts and executing strategies to minimize bad debts. Responsibilities include monitoring delinquent accounts, negotiating payment terms, and collaborating with the legal team on escalated cases.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with 3–5 years of experience in credit recovery. Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in ERP systems are essential. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs100,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month.
