Job Description
Location: Islamabad | Full-time | Mon–Fri | 9 AM – 6 PM
Zigron Inc is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Operations Manager to join our growing team. We seek an individual with a background in Psychology and 5–6 years of experience in HR operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong policy-making skills, expertise in leave management, and a hands-on approach with a limited team. Familiarity with ERP systems and EOBI compliance is essential.
Key Responsibilities: Develop HR policies, maintain employee records, manage attendance and leaves, and collaborate with department heads and finance for payroll.
