Job Description
At Nexus95, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing client engagement and project delivery as a Client Success Manager. Your responsibilities will include leading client meetings, translating requirements into actionable briefs, and presenting insights using CRM analytics. You will manage CRM customizations, implement automation, and mentor a dynamic team of developers and designers.
We seek candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in project coordination or client success roles, particularly in web development and CRM systems. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
