Job Description
PromoGen is seeking a confident Sales & Customer Service Representative (Virtual Assistant) for our Car Detailing Business in San Diego. If you’re a strong communicator with customer service expertise, basic car knowledge, and CRM experience, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and text
- Provide service details, quotes, and assist with bookings
- Understand vehicle types for pricing
- Utilize CRM tools for managing customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Represent the brand professionally
Working Hours: Part-time | 12:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. (SD time) | Monday to Friday
Salary: PKR 50,00 – 70,00/month
