Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the call center team handling takeaway and delivery orders.
- Ensure seamless communication between call agents, kitchen, and delivery teams.
- Monitor order accuracy, timely dispatch, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily order logs and reports.
- Train and evaluate call agents.
Ideal Candidate: 3-5 years in call center management, strong in Urdu & English, familiar with food service, tech-savvy.
