Job Description

Are you a natural leader with a proven track record in sales? INKTANK DESIGNS is looking for a Team Leader to join our night shift operations and lead our sales team on Discord and Twitch platforms only.

Shift Timing: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM

Fixed Salary: Rs. 60,00

Bonus: Commission on Overall Shift Sales

Platforms: Discord & Twitch Only

Requirements:

– Minimum last 3 months of sales record from Discord and/or Twitch

– Strong communication & leadership skills

– Ability to manage and motivate the team effectively during the shift
