Job Description

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education Technology, Media Production, or a related field
– Master’s degree is a plus
Requirements:
– Minimum of 10+ years in managing digital education projects
– Experience in blended learning content creation and deployment
– Ability to manage a multidisciplinary team including designers and engineers
Responsibilities:
– Oversee digital studio setup and team operations
– Plan and implement production workflows for training videos
– Ensure alignment of content with educational goals
– Lead internal capacity-building of staff
Job Type: Contract (12 months)
