Job Description
Emenac Inc is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Executive for our International Call Center Campaign. In this role, you will evaluate calls, arrange quality control sessions, and coordinate with team leaders and agents to address quality issues.
Responsibilities include conducting monthly quality quizzes, representing the quality department in daily huddles, and providing weekly feedback on quality scores.

Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00/month
