Job Description
AlgoRepublic Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Technical Recruiter to join our team. You will collaborate with hiring managers to fill crucial roles and devise effective recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include drafting job advertisements, assessing candidate qualifications, and maintaining communication throughout the hiring process.
Required skills: excellent communication, understanding of technology and recruiting methods, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of HR operations and technical recruitment experience are preferred. This is a full-time, in-person position with a salary range of Rs70,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month.
