Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team at Enter and Post SMC Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (8 PM to 5 AM).
