Job Description
ACE MARKETING is currently seeking a Fresh & Experienced International Caller to provide outbound call services for our US clients. This role is critical in delivering excellent customer service and support.
Requirements:
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM software, email, typing).
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Salary: Up to Rs40,00.00 per month (Fixed Monthly + Uncapped Commissions + Incentives).
