Job Description
Ayk Private Limited is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Account Assistant to support our busy accounts department. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to accountants and assist with record management, report organization, data entry, and appointment scheduling.
Qualifications: MBA, M.Com, BBA (Hons) in Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare statutory accounts.
- Ensure accuracy in payments and records.
- Manage spreadsheets and ledgers.
- Control credit and follow up on debts.
- Handle expense requests and conduct bank reconciliations.
