Job Description
Are you an experienced HR professional ready to thrive in a fast-paced BPO environment? Cloud Data Pvt Ltd is seeking an HR Partner for night shifts to handle recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for night shift roles
- Train and evaluate agent quality
- Manage onboarding and documentation
- Address employee queries and grievances
- Maintain attendance and shift schedules
- Ensure adherence to HR policies
Requirements: 1–3 years of HR experience (BPO/Call Centre preferred), excellent communication skills, and comfortable working night shifts.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month | Work Location: In person
