Job Description
Millennium Medical Billing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager – Operations (Medical Billing) with 4+ years of experience in U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a team, ensuring efficient daily operations and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee medical billing operations and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client standards.
- Implement process improvements and track KPIs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of medical billing experience, including 1+ year in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare billing and excellent leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs150,00 – Rs200,00/month
