Job Description

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Associate to join X UP Digital. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day financial data entry, petty cash, accounts receivable and payable, and assist with various finance tasks. Strong organizational skills and precise attention to detail are essential to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry of financial transactions
• Manage petty cash and document disbursements
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes
• Bank reconciliations and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
