Job Description
Samad Rubber Works (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager of Sales and Distribution to enhance our sales team. The ideal candidate will support the team in identifying new business opportunities and acquiring new customers, while conducting market research to analyze industry trends and customer needs.
Your responsibilities include ensuring timely deliveries, managing inventory efficiently, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and addressing customer inquiries to boost satisfaction.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Sales & Marketing with 3-5 years of experience (preferably in FMCG or retail). Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel 75% of the time.
