Job Description
Hotel Mehran is actively seeking a well-organized and proactive Human Resource Officer to support our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR functions and will coordinate effectively with various departments, particularly Finance and Security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate staff attendance records daily.
- Manage payroll preparation with the Finance Department.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
- Support HR Manager in disciplinary actions and grievances.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, minimum 2 years of HR experience in hospitality, and strong MS Office skills.
