Job Description
UNNF Logistics (Private) Limited is seeking a dedicated Business Operations Support Executive to streamline and manage day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will perform key tasks like extensive reporting, coordination, and follow-ups to support the business department effectively.
Your core responsibilities will include liaising with foreign agents, negotiating with vendors for cost minimization, and maintaining excellent client relationships. You will also oversee daily shipment status reporting, ensure timely replies to RFQs, and develop a comprehensive customer database.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Excel, possess strong communication skills, and be adept at multi-tasking under pressure.
