Job Description
Halcyon Medical Centre is seeking a highly motivated and experienced female professional to join our team as a Call Center Q/A & Sales Executive. Responsibilities include handling patient inquiries, driving appointment bookings, and ensuring quality service through monitoring and coaching.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in English and Urdu. This full-time position offers a salary between Rs40,00.00 and Rs60,00.00 per month at our in-person work location.
