Job Description
TriFit is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who embodies our brand purpose in every interaction. You will deliver exceptional customer service to all club visitors while ensuring smooth Front Desk operations.
Your responsibilities include providing information about club rules, class timetables, and events, maintaining desk cleanliness, and addressing guest comments professionally.
This full-time position offers morning and afternoon shifts with a salary of Rs40,00.00 per month. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience and be comfortable communicating in English.
