Role Summary: We are seeking a Helpdesk Support Executive to provide first-line support for information and computing system issues. You will investigate user problems, implement solutions, and assist in procedural documentation.

Responsibilities: Installing and configuring desktops/laptops, diagnosing technical faults, and coordinating with the central IT service desk. Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a B.Sc or BS in Computer Science.
