Job Description
Digital Otters is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves converting inbound leads, generating new business through cold calling, and establishing strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, and social media.
- Convert inbound leads into paying clients.
- Identify client needs and offer suitable products/services.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or cold calling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Urdu.
