Job Description
Intermark Product Lines Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated IT Technician to join our expanding team on a part-time basis (4-hour shifts) to accommodate your studies.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.)
- Diagnose and resolve software issues (OS, applications, drivers)
- Set up systems and network configurations
- Provide technical support to internal staff
- Ensure data backups and device security protocols
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of IT support experience
- Knowledge of Windows OS and networking basics
- Problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills
