Job Description
AA Exchange (Private) Limited is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager of Human Resources to join our team. In this role, you will assist in maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with Labour Laws and EOBI regulations, and facilitating the onboarding and exit processes for employees.
Your responsibilities will include supporting payroll preparation, addressing employee queries, and coordinating with government departments for inspections. Additionally, you will help organize employee welfare and engagement activities, and assist in drafting crucial HR documents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs90,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
