DURA MAX PLASTICO is seeking an experienced Loading Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Dispatch Operations: Ensure timely and accurate processing, packaging, and dispatch of goods.
- Team Supervision: Lead dispatch staff, ensuring efficiency and safety compliance.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for accuracy.
- Track Shipments: Monitor dispatched goods and address any delays proactively.
- Documentation: Maintain dispatch records, invoices, and delivery logs for compliance.
- Coordinate with Departments: Collaborate with sales, logistics, and customer service for seamless operations.
