Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Call Agents to handle customer calls and facilitate seamless order processing at our grocery store. Responsibilities include managing calls, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and overseeing the rider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and take orders
- Make outbound confirmation calls
- Ensure accurate order processing
- Coordinate deliveries
- Resolve inquiries and complaints
Requirements: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills in Urdu (English is a plus).
