Job Description
Abacus Consulting – BPO is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workforce Management Executive to join our dynamic team in Islamabad. With over 35 years of experience in providing advanced business solutions, we are committed to helping organizations reach their full potential.
You will be responsible for creating and managing employee schedules, monitoring queue statuses, tracking performance metrics, coordinating with HR, and identifying trends to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in WFM or scheduling within a call center or BPO setting, a relevant degree, and strong analytical skills.
