Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Listen actively to customer concerns.
- Provide information on products and order status.
- Resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and strong English skills required.
Working Hours: 9:30 A.M. – 5:30 P.M. (Mon-Sat)
