Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee information in the system (Job bank).
• Keep physical records of employee information organized.
• Assist in the onboarding process of new employees.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee records and sensitive HR information.
• Maintain HR databases and verify data accuracy.
• Support in handling employee grievances and resolving workplace conflicts.

Requirements:

• Age: 20 and above.
• Education: Intermediate to Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
• Female candidates preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at Rs 35,00.00 per month
